Provider Onboarding Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Provider Onboarding Coordinator for Blue Sky Telehealth is responsible for managing the onboarding of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) within the service line. This role ensures a provider has all they need in order to deliver clinical care via telemedicine from Day 1, including, but not limited to: access to hospital documentation systems and telemedicine devices, understanding of protocols and workflows, and training on facility-specific resources.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:
- 1-3 years of project coordination experience preferred, particularly in health care settings.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work effectively with teammates to ensure tasks are completed quickly and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate quality of work.
- Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level leadership.
- Interest in and aptitude for process improvement work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment.
- Assertive and responsive in communication and follow-up.
- Highly effective listening skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages all phases of the onboarding process as it relates to access to hospital documentation systems and telemedicine devices, understanding of protocols and workflows, and training on facility-specific resources.
- Collaborates closely with Provider Support Coordinator, who manages the licensing and credentialing needs of the provider, and other support teams across the organization to learn about timeline changes and updates impacting provider readiness on Day 1.
- Assists hiring leaders with onboarding process by providing follow up on all onboarding activities and workflows, while also advising leaders on best practice recommendations to create a successful first 30 days.
- Follows up with hiring leaders during the first year after periodic check-ins with the new physician/APP and survey feedback to confirm needs and follow up items are being addressed/supported.
- Responsible for keeping organizational resources updated with current information related to the onboarding status of each physician/APP and preparing timely onboarding reports.
- Collaborates with hiring leaders to execute on strategies identified to streamline the onboarding process.
- Engages in process improvement by identifying gaps in process, workflow, and/or metrics and then implementing as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
- Location: Remote (but the person must live in the Denver metro area)

Remote Tele-Neurology
Employment with Blue Sky Neurology as an Independent Contractor
Ideal candidates will have completed a fellowship in vascular neurology or neurocritical care. General neurologists are also welcome to apply. Current licensure in multiple states, or the ability to get licensed and credentialed in all states is required.
Great opportunity to work remotely as an independent contractor, while participating in cutting edge tele-neurology and tele-stroke services.

Inpatient Neurologist

We have two positions available for onsite inpatient neurologists with Blue Sky Neurology. You’ll have the opportunity to work in the community and supplement your income with telehealth shifts, should you choose to do so.
